About The Role:
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering marketing initiatives that grow Young Academics’ brand presence, lead generation, occupancy, and community engagement.
This role is perfect for someone who’s mid-level today but hungry for senior responsibility, leadership opportunities, and the chance to build their career inside a scaling organisation.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Execute national and local brand campaigns across digital, social, OOH and print.
- Work with media agencies to improve ROI, leads and brand visibility.
- Create content calendars, social content and community storytelling.
- Lead events, activations and partnerships (e.g., Bulldogs, Sydney Zoo, Wiggles).
- Support 50+ centres with local area marketing (signage, assets, openings, LAM).
- Develop structured briefs, checklists, templates and repeatable processes.
- Track performance, report insights, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain brand consistency across 50+ locations.
Essential Knowledge & Experience/ Requirements:
- 3–6+ years in marketing (brand, campaigns, digital, events).
- Experience in service-based, location-based, or scaling organisations.
- Strong project planning and multi-channel campaign experience.
- Strong communication and relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid writing + content creation skills.
- CRM, CMS, and EDM experience.
Bonus Skills:
- Canva / Adobe design ability.
- Experience in childcare, retail networks, healthcare, hospitality, fitness or similar.
