Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 50 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators & Teachers to join our brand new Gledswood Hills centre and other surrounding services around the Macarthur/Camden region.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator or Teacher at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy. You will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.
These positions are currently full-time roles - Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Support the team of educators & teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
- Follow Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
- Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service’s professional identity.
About you
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood and Care, or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred)
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid)
- Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices
