Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider of early childhood education, with over 45 centres across New South Wales. We are proud to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences to children and their families.

About the role

We are seeking an Enrolments Officer to support our Head Office team in managing enrolments and helping families navigate their early learning journey. You will focus on converting marketing leads into centre placements and providing exceptional customer service across all Young Academics centres.

This is a 12-month Maternity Leave Cover, located at our Head Office in Homebush West.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing families to meet centre occupancy targets.
• Oversee pre-enrolment and enrolment procedures at Young Academics.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Manage waitlists for multiple Young Academics locations.
• Facilitate an efficient enrolment process.
• Build positive relationships with potential families to promote Young Academics Early Learning Centres.
• Collaborate with Centre Managers to monitor and optimise occupancy.
• Coordinate the entire enrolment process from initial enquiry through to enrolment and beyond.
• Assist currently enrolled families regarding accounts, invoices, CCS queries, and changes to enrolment.

About you

• Knowledge of CCS processes and childcare industry standards.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High-level organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing customer files and databases, preferably OWNA or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Background in childcare leadership or a similar environment is highly regarded.
