CAREER PROGRESSION AT YOUNG ACADEMICS
Trainee
Earn while you learn and work towards your CSA qualification, gaining hands-on experience, developing practical skills, and building a rewarding career in early childhood education.
Educator
As a Certificate III and/or Diploma-qualified Educator, you will collaborate with Room Leaders to deliver high-quality education and care, supporting effective program implementation.
Room Leader
As a desired Diploma-qualified Educator, you will lead by example in designing and delivering an inclusive program that supports every child’s learning journey.
Educational Leader
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will guide and mentor educators, drive curriculum excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice across the service.
Assistant Centre Manager
Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service, helping to lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance, and foster a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for children and families.
Centre Manager
Be responsible for ensuring excellent delivery of the highest standards to ensure the operational requirements of the service are maintained. This role holds an influential position within the service.
Area Manager
Lead and support multiple centres to deliver exceptional education and care, ensure operational compliance excellence, and build strong relationships with teams, families, and the wider community.
